When starting a new project, we always prioritize focusing on the customer and their unique needs. Recognizing that a home is a deeply personal space, we ensure that each step of the process is centered around understanding and fulfilling our clients' wishes.

1. Free Initial Meeting: We start off with a meeting in person to discuss your dreams and visions for your home or workspace. This helps us understand your style and personal needs.

2. Concept and Mood Board: After understanding your preferences, we present a tailored concept and mood board featuring design ideas, furniture, materials, and artworks. We will present a timeframe and budget, so you know exactly what to expect.

3. Execution and Coordination: We'll coordinate with tradespeople, manage deliveries, and handle logistics. We will set a timeline for each phase and keep communication open for questions or tweaks.
